We wish Josey all the best with Ryedale & District Mencap and feel sure you will all enjoy meeting her. Our thanks are due to Pat Anderson (not for the first time in between appointments) and chair, Sylvian Timberley for helping us through a difficult time.
Ryedale Mencap attended the annual presentation to prize winners and recipients of the collected funds of the Great Yorkshire Bike Ride (GYBR). We are most indebted to this activity which greatly helps us to provide the services to clients that we do offer.
Ryedale Mencap attended Malton Show with Ryedale Special Families. Malton Show is a long established institute and synonymous with the local community. The weather was particularly nice and we feel we had an impact on raising awareness within the area.
We also received many kind donations. After the success of this year we would love the opportunity to be a part of it in 2018.
